Join us in congratulating two of our Durban team drivers for their hard work, dedication and loyalty on achieving their awards for 10-year long service and Best Driver Performance respectively.
December, on the left in the group photos, is our LDV driver and celebrated 10 years with Oricol.
Oyame, our ROLON driver, on the right, was awarded KZN Best Driver Performance in 2018.
This a great achievement because all our drivers’ behaviour on the road is monitored throughout the year for actions such as no harsh braking, no over-acceleration, and various other driving performance criteria.
Once we analysed the stats from 2018 the results were that Oyame achieved the best performance for driving ability and performance on the road.
We are also especially proud of both December and Oyame, because they have both worked their way up from initially starting at Oricol as general workers, to vacuum operators, then driving assistants and then becoming qualified drivers.
